WiQii's pen pal program has been established to enhance student learning, education and cultural awareness.

Currently, there are over 30 students that are enrolled in our program which also provides extra credit to students attending school here in America.

Although our greatest anticipation and excitement is to increase the number of enrollment in coming years, we are also extremely diligent in our enrollment process.

WiQii Pen Pall Enrollment Information:

• Student enrollment is very exclusive meaning there are no online registration capabilities or opportunities available to the general public.
• WiQii selects which schools and students are suitable for participation.
• There are no profiles that are viewable to the general public.  This is strictly reserved for students that are enrolled in our program.
• Each school that is participating in our Pen Pal program provides qualified student recommendations to WiQii and we double screen these students to ensure they meet our criteria including: age, permissions, participating schools and etc.
• WiQii personally creates each student accounts thereby ensuring we know precisely who is in our program.
• WiQii establishes the one-on-one pen pal relationships between the students.

WiQii Terms of Service:

• WiQii will not host, or suggest any live or on-demand chat service(s).
• WiQii will maintain accurate records of each student in our system and we will provide specific records upon demand/request of legal and/or parental/guardianship authority.
• WiQii reserves the right to suspend, ban and if necessary report all infractions to the school administrators and legal authorities.
• WiQii monitors and records all correspondence between the students.

Student Terms and Conditions:

• Students do not own their accounts and they can be suspended, deleted and reported without warning at our discretion.
• Students shall not share any personal email address and all other contact information including phone numbers and addresses with any other student in our system.
• Students shall not share their username/password or other log in information with anybody else.  Doing so will result in termination of their account and they will not be able to participate in our program.
• Students shall refrain from communicating any discrimination, obscenities, or that which may be offensive, bullying or threatening.
• Students under the age of 13 are required to have parental/guardian consent.

The above terms and conditions are provided to the public to ensure WiQii is in complete compliance with Children's Online Privacy Protection (COPPA) and all other laws and Internet regulations as they pertain to children.
